Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront

Palmetto Dunes is a 2,000-acre residential and resort community on Hilton Head Island. Within the main gates of the plantation are two hotels, the Hilton Resort and the Marriott Resort, and almost 1,000 villa units. The majority of the homes that serve as primary residences are behind additional security gates within the community.

With over 3-miles of beaches, 11 miles of navigable lagoons, three championship golf courses, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center this community is a favorite of both tourists and local residents. Located across Highway 278 from the plantation is Shelter Cover Harbour. Shelter Cove is the largest deepwater marina on the island, and also features numerous shops, restaurants, and additional villas.
